We have changed our name to Community Family Medicine

Why did we change our name? To make clear that we offer excellent Primary, Wellness, and Acute Care Services for the entire family. Our operating hours will be the same convenient hours. We offer the flexibility of accepting walk-in patients in addition to seeing our regularly scheduled patient appointments. Patients pay their primary care provider copayment when visiting our office.
